Meet Babatunde Ogunlade, the Nigerian cubist painter

Ogunlade has been a full time studio artist for 16 years and has had over 40 exhibitions wolrdwide.

His paintings are basically abstract with geometic symbols depicting the events and life around the city of lagos, Nigeria. His artworks are representative of the African continent, all bearing the cubist, characteristic of Picasso with vibrant attractive colors.

Ogunlade exhibits a lot in Nigeria, where he lives and runs an art studio. His paintings have been used as book covers and displayed on many African magazines.
